our approach

A five step process, checking in with every move

    Concept

    The birth of an idea starts with the creative approach, and may include moodboards, beauty shots, treatments, references and inspirations.

  • 02

    Design

    Here we cover pre-production and content breakdowns. Deliverables may include final concept art, detailed storyboards, prototyping, scripting and shoot pre-production.

  • 03

    Production

    This phase is content creation, fabrication, shooting and post production. Deliverables can include content, final scripts and working installations.

  • 04

    Integration

    Finally we get to full on-site installations. Milestones include; calibration, quality control, rehearsals, adjustments, operation manuals and training.

    Post-Opening

    We are never far away, even after launch: ongoing support, updates, and content refresh. We ensure the experience remains vibrant, relevant, and aligned with your venue.
