This intriguing digital artwork delves into the idea of entoptic phenomena—visual effects that originate within the eye itself. Much like hallucinations, these phenomena are deeply personal and cannot be directly shared as specific images. In ENTøPTIC, audiences are invited to explore the intricate beauty of perception through a dynamic interplay of visual and auditory elements, offering an exploration of the mind’s inner landscapes.

Beginning with high-contrast black and white imagery, it explores the relationship between light and shadow. As the performance reaches its peak, a burst of bright colours illuminates the scene, symbolizing a moment of clarity and insight. Complementing the visuals, the music and sound effects are equally integral to ENTøPTIC. An ambient auditory landscape enhances the immersive experience, with carefully crafted sound effects that echo the visual transformations. From hauntingly minimalistic tones in the monochromatic sections to an intense wall-of-sound crescendo during the colour explosion, the soundscape guides the audience through an emotional and sensory journey, making the performance a true exploration of sight and sound.
