Gentilhomme was tasked with creating impactful immersive and interactive experiences for the 2024 Global Summit Event. The event encouraged business leaders to adopt new ways of thinking to manage complexity and adapt to a rapidly changing environment. Gentilhomme collaborated with the brand's assets and the event organizer's creative directors to achieve this mandate.

OUR VISION

The Gentilhomme team designed two interactive installations to guide participants through a series of experiences that bring the event's narrative to life. The installations were designed to create an evolutive immersive experience that moved from complexity to calm to clarity, by featuring a range of content, from messaging to imagery, in real time.

OUR APPROACH

Gentilhomme implemented a custom show control system, accessible on both desktop and mobile devices, which provided scheduled content and interactive elements. This solution enabled the on-site team to adapt to guest flow, meet diverse stakeholder needs, and easily accommodate last-minute requests in real-time, ensuring flexibility and agility throughout the event.

THE CLOUD

Gentilhomme designed and developed the content, interactivity, and sound design for "The Cloud," a multimedia sculptural installation comprised of 16 screens. Positioned at the entrance of the event, the installation provided an impactful "reset zone" experience, transitioning participants from their daily lives into the event's atmosphere.

THE FLOOR PROJECTION

Visitors playfully interacted with the moving typographic forms projected on the floor as they walked through the installation. The words most frequently used during the conference presentations appeared around them creating a powerful messaging experience.
