A metaphor for the exchange of knowledge and ideas, the music for this experience, Meeting with a Friend by Latvian composer Georgs Pelēcis, was chosen by the mæstro himself.
The solo violin, strings and piano piece consists of vigorous and lively conversations between the instruments and the soloist, evoking the meetings and exchanges taking place during the 3-day conference.
